We offer a variety of payment options, but the easiest way to pay is by setting up Auto Bill. This hassle-free option automatically charges your credit card or bank account each month, so you never have to worry about a missed payment. Other payment methods are listed on your monthly invoice.
At Storage Plus, we're committed to offering you the best value. We'll match the price of a competitor for the same-sized unit, provided the unit is in similar condition to ours, including access, elevation and height. This price match policy is valid for any competitor located within a 5km radius of our facility. Please present a written quote from the competitor to our staff for verification.
This offer is available at the time of move-in only. The discount will be applied to the standard unit rate as quoted, when you sign your agreement. It cannot be combined with any other offer, including box shop credit, and is valid only on select units at participating locations. Please ask a staff member for details.
When you purchase packing equipment from the Storage Plus Box Shop, available at Rosebery or Kingsgrove, we will give you a credit for the same amount, up to the value of $125, which you can then apply to your total storage costs.
